Our client has a permanent opportunity for candidates with team leadership and Reconciliations experience, preferably gained within the investment industry. You will control the workload in a client facing environment, ensuring that timescales and quality standards are met. You will also develop the staff, taking responsibility for training, objective setting and appraisals. You will also liaise with clients as required, dealing with service issues as required.
As well as the necessary business background and personal qualities, you will need to possess the IAQ or be prepared to achieve it.
